We're here to build an amazing experience for you 🌟 And to do so, we need your help investigating any errors. When you report an issue, please include as many details and screenshots as possible, and if applicable, walk us through what you were doing before you ran into the error. Here's a quick step-by-step you can follow:

  1. On Google Chrome, right-click anywhere on the page and select "Inspect" from the drop down menu

  2. Navigate to the "Console" tab

  3. Screenshot any errors that populate under the tab

  4. Using the in-app chat, describe your error and share your screenshots

Resolve the loading error by clearing your session

Clearing your session resets any built-up storage from your browser, letting you start over with a clean slate. (It's kind of like restarting your computer or phone every once in a while to improve its performance.) Please note that you'll be asked to log back into your account after you complete the following steps:Β 

  1. On Google Chrome, right-click anywhere on the page and select "Inspect" from the drop-down menu

  2. Navigate to the "Application" tab

  3. Click on the "Clear Storage" sub-tab

  4. Click on "Clear Site Data"
